Our home was in the Caughlin Ranch wildfire. We had extreme health concerns due to my pregnant wife and our small child. SafeGuard Restoration came highly recommended. They immediately addressed all of our concerns. They worked with us and our insurance company to get us back to normal.  They came out to our house on the Monday of Thanksgiving week, to look at the damage. They started that day and were finished in time for us to host Thanksgiving Dinner with our families.  As a local business man,  I deal with a lot of people. We have used them a couple times and referred them to a number of our friends and family.

We hired SafeGuard Restoration to do mold remediation in our crawl space. They made it so easy! We had mold coverage, so they worked with our insurance company on all the details. We only had to sign a little bit of paperwork and pay our deductible.  Their technicians were very clean and professional. We are very happy with the work they completed.

After the Caughlin Fire took out our home, we followed the recommendation of the asbestos abatement contractor to have SafeGuard Restoration inventory what belongings were left. I was so pleased with their knowledge, as well as the care they took and the respect they showed. I hired them to follow through with the contents decontamination and storage.  They were able to salvage photos and receipts (for insurance purposes) I thought were gone forever. How they found them in the rubble, I’ll never know, but I shall remain eternally grateful. Those who devote their lives to cleaning up after a disaster are a different breed. Matt and his people are to be commended for the painstaking work they do to salvage and preserve what’s left of the lives of others.

Our modular home had a bad fire destroying the master bedroom and bathroom. There was major smoke damage to the balance of our home. We were very confused about what needed to be done. They took pictures and cataloged everything that our insurance company needed. They cleaned and boxed any contents that could be salvaged. Our three story vacation home had multiple pipe bursts and flooding on two levels. SafeGuard Restoration was there within two hours to start the clean-up and dry out process. I live in California, so Matt walked me through the needed steps by phone. By the time I drove the 5 hours from my home, they were well on their way with plastic containments built and dozens of fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers, etc…running. Our house received smoke damage from the Washoe Fire. We were approached immediately by very high pressure, local, fire chasing companies and an out of state company.
